Ingredients:

| can | Crescent rolls (8 oz.) | | 1
| tbsp | Parmesan cheese (or more) | | 2
| cup | Monterey Jack cheese, cubed | | | 2 ea Eggs, slightly beaten | | | Salt & pepper to taste | | 2
| can | Shrimp (4 ?oz.) | | 2
| tsp | Green onions, chopped OR | | 2
| tsp | Parsley, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place 5 dinner rolls in pie pan. | | 2 | Press out inpan to form thin crust. | | 3 | Combine remaining ingreds., pour into crust. | | 4 | Roll out remaining rolls, cut into strips, twist for lattice and place on top. | | 5 | bake 50-60 min. at 325°F. | | 6 | note: for ham quiche, substitute 2 c. swiss cheese and 8 or 9 oz. of either deviled ham or ?c. of chopped, cooked ham. |
