Shrimp quiche

Ingredients:
1 canCrescent rolls (8 oz.)
1 tbspParmesan cheese (or more)
2 cupMonterey Jack cheese, cubed
2 ea Eggs, slightly beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
2 canShrimp (4 ?oz.)
2 tspGreen onions, chopped OR
2 tspParsley, chopped
Procedures:
1Place 5 dinner rolls in pie pan.
2Press out inpan to form thin crust.
3Combine remaining ingreds., pour into crust.
4Roll out remaining rolls, cut into strips, twist for lattice and place on top.
5bake 50-60 min. at 325°F.
6note: for ham quiche, substitute 2 c. swiss cheese and 8 or 9 oz. of either deviled ham or ?c. of chopped, cooked ham.
