Ingredients:

| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| tbsp | Green onion chopped (or more | | 1
| tbsp | Oil | | | 4 ea Cloves garlic | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt (optional) | | 2
| tbsp | Minced parsley | | 1/4
| tsp | Grated lemon peel (or more) | | 1
| x | Tabasco or crushed red peppe |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter over medium heat. | | 2 | Stir in onion, oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt. | | 3 | Cook till boiling. | | 4 | Pat shrimp dry and add. | | 5 | Cook stirring occasionally till shrimp turn pink (5 min). | | 6 | Blend in parsley, lemon peel & tabasco. | | 7 | Garnish with lemon wedge. | | 8 | Serve over angel hair pasta or rice. |
