Ingredients:

| lbs | MEDIUM SHRIMP, IN SHELLS | | 1/4
| cup | BUTTER | | 2
| | GARLIC CLOVES, CRUSHED | | 2
| tbsp | FRESH PARSLEY, CHOPPED | | 1
| pinch | CAYENNE PEPPER | | 1
| | LEMON, JUICED |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel shrimp, leaving on tails. | | 2 | Heat the butter, oil and garlic in a broiler proof pan. | | 3 | Stir in the parsley, cayenne, and lemon juice. | | 4 | Add the shrimp, tossing to coat. | | 5 | Place under the broiler 6" from heat, and broil until done, about 5 minutes. | | 6 | Check half way through the cooking time and turn shrimp as necessary. | | 7 | Serve with crusty bread for dipping in the sauce. | | 8 | A nathalie dupree recipe. |
