Ingredients:

| cup | Butter | | 3
| | Clove of garlic crushed | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| cup | Parsley | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tsp | Lemon peel | | 2
| lbs | Jumbo shrimp |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put in sauce pan and melt together-let sit until ready to cook. | | 2 | Peel shrimp and add to above sauce and saute until done. | | 3 | (about 2-4 min). | | 4 | Sprinkle parsley as you cook. | | 5 | Serve with parsley and lemon wedges to garnish. | | 6 | Spoon excess sauce from pan over shrimp. | | 7 | : recipe clipped by michael prothro |
