Shrimp scampi with spinach noodles

Ingredients:
3 tbspButter
3 tbspFlour
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 cupMilk or half and half
White pepper to taste
3 tbspButter
1 tbspShallots, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, finely
-chopped
1 lbsShrimp, peeled, deveined
-tails off (28-30)
1/3 cupDry white wine
1/8 tspDried oregano
1/2 tspChopped chives
6 ozSpinach noodles
Procedures:
1Salt to taste ground pepper (fresh) to taste
2cream sauce
3heat 3 tablespoons butter in a small saucepan.
4Stir in 3 tablespoons flour; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
51 teaspoon salt, 1 ?cups milk or half and half and white pepper.
6Cook until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened.
7Makes 1 ?cups.
8Cover and set aside.
9shrimp scampi
10heat 3 tablespoons butter and saute shallots and garlic for a few seconds.
11Add shrimp and saute until they turn pink, 3-5 minutes.
12Remove shrimp and set aside.
13Add wine and oregano, chives, salt and pepper to skillet.
14Cook until wine is reduced to 1/Then add cream sauce and blend well.
15Return shrimp to sauce and heat.
16cook noodles according to package directions.
17Drain.
18Place noodles on plates and top with shrimp scampi.
