Shrimp soup with cabbage

Ingredients:
4 cupShredded Chinese cabbage
2 tspSalt
6 cupWater
4 ozChopped scallions
4 ozCooked medium sized shrimp
-each cut in half
1/2 cupSliced celery
Procedures:
1Cabbage and shrimp soup combine cabbage with water, celery, and salt in saucepan.
2Bring to a boil.
3Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, or until cabbage is tender but still crisp.
4Ladle, evenly divided into soup bowls.
5Sprinkle each portion with one ounce chopped scallions.
6Place one ounce shrimp in each bowl.
