Ingredients:
1 cupFlour
1 lbsShrimp, shelled, cleaned
3 cupHot water
Salt to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 cupCooking oil
1 cupOnion, chopped
1/2 cupBell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 cupGreen onion & tops, chopped
1 tspGarlic powder OR>>>
1 Clove garlic, minced
Procedures:
1Make roux of flour and oil.
2Brown in iron skillet.
3Add onion, bell pepper and green onion.
4Add hot water and simmer on low heat.
5Add remaining ingreds.
6And cook on low heat until done.
