Roast shrimp with orange & tarragon

Ingredients:
3 tbspFlavorful olive oil
4 Sprigs fresh tarragon
1 1/2 lbsLarge shrimp, peeled
1/2 cupFresh orange juice
Zest of 1 orange, finely
Minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 450°F when it is hot, warm 2 tb of olive oil in a baking pan on top of the stove, then add the tarragon; return to the oven until the tarragon begins to sizzle.
2Add the shrimp, then sprinkle with the orange zest, orange juice,salt and pepper, and the remaining olive oil.
3Roast until the shrimp turns pink, about 10 minutes.
