| | (4 Inch Long) French Bread | | | Banquette |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel & devein shrimp. | | 2 | With knife blade in processor, add shrimp, gingerrot, green onion, mint, egg white, salt, & pepper & process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl with a rubber spatula occasionally. | | 3 | Cut banquette into 16 (?inch thick) slices. | | 4 | Spread 1 t. shrimp mixture on each slice; place on rack of a broiler pan. | | 5 | Broil 6 inches from heat 3 min. or until lightly browned. | | 6 | Serve warm. |
