Shrimp versailles

Ingredients:
2 tbspGreen onions -- sliced
3 tbspMargarine
1 1/2 lbsMedium shrimp --
Shelled/deveined
1 packCream cheese -- 8 oz, cubed
3 tbspMilk
1/2 cupSwiss cheese -- shredded
2 tbspDry white wine
Ds Red pepper
1/4 cupDry bread crumbs -- fine
2 tbspMargarine -- melted
Procedures:
1Saute onions in margarine in large skillet until tender.
2Add shrimp.
3Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until pink.
4Remove shrimp with slotted spoon and set aside.
5Add cream cheese and milk to skillet, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
6Stir in swiss cheese and wine.
7Add shrimp and pepper.
8Cook just until heated.
9Pour into lightly greased casserole.
10Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
11Sprinkle over casserole.
12Broil 1 - 2 minutes, until golden.
13Serve over hot cooked rice or pasta.
