Ingredients:
2 ozButter
24 medShrimp, peeled, deveined
2 eachGarlic, cloves
4 tspParsley, minced
4 medOnions, white, sliced
4 eachMushrooms, fresh, sliced
4 tbspTomatoes, peeled, seeded
-- chopped, fresh
4 ozScallions, coarsely
-- chopped
2 tspSeafood Seasoning **
2 ozStock, shrimp
2 cupNoodles, fettucini, cooked
1/4 cupWine, white
2 ozButter
Procedures:
1** see recipe for creole seafood seasoning.
2Place the butter, shrimp, garlic, parsley, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, scallions and seafood seasoning in a large saucepan.
3Stir the mixture gently for 30 seconds.
4Add the shrimp stock and cook until onions are transparent.
5Add the cooked fettucine and white wine and simmer until the sauce is almost absorbed and the shrimp are pink.
6Remove the pan from the fire and add butter.
7Stir gently until the butter is melted and creamy.
