Ingredients:
2 tbspMargarine
2 Garlic, minced
Salt
1 lbsUncooked large shrimp
1 tbspMinced fresh
2 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tspButter-flavored
1/8 tspBlack pepper
Shelled, deveined--abt 18-20
Parsley
Procedures:
1In a shallow 1-?quart microwave-safe dish, microwave margarine on 100% power (high) 55 to 60 seconds or until melted.
2Stir in lemon juice, garlic, butter-flavored salt, and pepper.
3Stir in shrimp.
4Microwave on 100% power (high) 1-?minutes.
5Rearrange, moving outside shrimp to center of dish.
6Microwave on 100% power (high) 1-?minutes more or just until shrimp turn pink.
7Sprinkle with parsley.
