Rustic fish stew

Ingredients:
1 tbspOlive oil
1/2 cupChopped onion
3 Lg. cloves garlic, minced
1 Red bell pepper, cut in ?/td>
Inch dice, (about 1 cup)
1 Sm zucchini, cut in ?inch
Dice (about 1 cup)
1/2 tspDried thyme leaves
Salt, pepper
1 14.5 oz. can italian-style
Diced tomatoes.
1 cupClam juice
1 cupDry white wine
1 lbsTilapia fillets, cut in 8 pc
Procedures:
1Heat oil in a large, non-stick skillet.
2Saute onion and garlic over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, until just starting to soften.
3Add bell pepper, succhini, thyme, salt and pepper; saute 3 minutes longer.
4Add tomatoes with their juice, clam juice and wine.
5Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
6Add fish fillets and simmer 3-5 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
7Serve in shallow soup bowls with crusty bread.
