Saffron shrimp saute

Ingredients:
-shrimp
2 tbspMinced shallots
1/2 tspSalt
Ds Pepper
2 cupSeedless green grapes, halve
3 tbspBrandy
3 To 4 c cooked pasta or rice
Procedures:
1Soak saffron in warm water for 20 minutes.
2Heat butter over medium heat in a large skillet, saute shrimp and shallots until shrimp turn opaque, 2 to 3 minutes.
3Stir in grapes and brandy and heat through.
4Serve over pasta or rice.
