Ten flavor shrimp

Ingredients:
2 cup5 oz. deveined medium shrimp
1 1/2 tbspMinced shallots or scallions
2 tbspBrandy
1 1/2 tspFreshly grated ginger or 1
2 tbspMinced parsley
4 tspGrated parmesan cheese
1/4 cupButter
1 medClove garlic, mashed
2 tspSoy sauce
Teaspoon powdered ginger
4 tspFresh bread crumbs
Procedures:
1Directions drain shrimp.
2Rinse under cold water andthen soak for 10 - 15 minutesin cold water to remove preserving brine.
3Drain thoroughly and put on paper towels.
4Heat butter in skillet until it bubbles.
5Add shallots and garlic, and saute gently until golden.
6Add shrimp and toss for a minute or two to warm through.
7Mix in brandy, soy and ginger, along with parsley.
8Spoon the shrimp mixture into shells or ovenproof glass individual serving dishes, leaving any juice in pan.
9Sprinkle each serving with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and then dribble pan juices over top.
10Heat under broiler until mixture is bubbling ane the crumbs are browned.
