The ivy inn's scallop & shrimp casserole

Ingredients:
2 tbspButter
1 lbsShrimp, med, cleaned
1 lbsScallops
1/2 cupWine, white
1/2 lbsMushrooms, sliced
1 canCream of Celery soup
1 cupSour cream
8 ozCheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
WILD RICE
Procedures:
1Follow package directions
2in skillet place butter and saute" shrimp and scallops until shrimp turn pink and begin to curl.
3Add wine, reduce heat to medium and cook for two minutes.
4Remove shrimp and scallops and set aside.
5Reduce heat to low; combine remaining ingredients, except rice, and add to skillet.
6Stir until well blended.
7Add shrimp and scallops and heat through.
8Serve over prepared wild rice.
