Procedures:
| 1 | Cook onion and garlic in oil till tender. | | 2 | Cut up tomatoes. | | 3 | Peel and chop potato. | | 4 | Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, potato, dill,bay leaves, thyme, and pepper. | | 5 | Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes stir in fish, lemon juice,& parsley. | | 6 | Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer 3-5 minutes more. |
