Ingredients:
2 Onions, chopped
2 Garlic clove, minced
1 tbspOil
36 Tomato, peeled
-OR
16 ozCanned stewed tomatos
8 ozTomato sauce
1 Potatoes
2 tbspDill freshly chopped
1 tspThyme leaves
1 tbspLemon juice fresh
3 Bay leaves
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1 tbspParsley, chopped
2 lbsFish, boneless & cubed ?
Procedures:
1Cook onion and garlic in oil till tender.
2Cut up tomatoes.
3Peel and chop potato.
4Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, potato, dill,bay leaves, thyme, and pepper.
5Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes stir in fish, lemon juice,& parsley.
6Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer 3-5 minutes more.
