Ingredients:

| lbs | Fish fillets | | | 1 ea Tomato, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Onion, minced | | 1/8
| tsp | Basil | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1/4
| tsp | Dill weed | | 1
| tbsp | Butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat broiler pan. | | 2 | Combine tomato, onion and basil and set aside. | | 3 | Brush fillet of fish with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. | | 4 | Place tomato mixture in the center of each fillet. | | 5 | Melt butter in skillet.cook and stir onion until tender. | | 6 | Place fish in skillet. | | 7 | Add lemon juice and water. | | 8 | Simmer till tender (10 minutes). |
