Ingredients:
1/2 lbsMozzarella cheese, grated
-partly skim
5 1/2 ozGoat cheese, crumbled
1/4 lbsHard salami, diced
1/2 cupSun-dried tomatoes in oil
-drained will, chopped
2 lbsPizza dough, thawed if
-frozen.

Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 450°F.
2In medium bowl, combine cheese, salami and tomatoes; toss.
3Divide dough into 6 pieces.
4On floured surface, with floured rolling pin, roll each piece of dough into 7 inch round.
5Top left half of each round with cheese mixture, dividing evenly.
6Moisten edges with water; fold right side of dough over so edges meet.
7Press edges to seal; crimp.
8Place on large baking sheet; with scissors, make three ?inch slits in top of each.
9Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until well-browned.
10Cool briefly before serving
