Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupROLLED OATS
1 cupSHREDDED COCONUT, OPTIONAL
1/2 cupALMONDS, CHOPPED
1/2 cupSESAME SEED
1/2 cupWHEAT GERM
1/2 cupHONEY
1/4 cupCOOKING OIL
1 cupCURRANTS OR RAISINS
1/4 cupDATES
2 tbspMOLASSES
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except for fruits in 13x9x2-inch pan.
2Bake at 300 °F for 45 minutes and stir every 15 minutes.
3Remove from oven; stir in fruits and remove to another pan to cool.
4Stir often to prevent lumping while it cools.
5Store in plastic bags.
