Almond granola bars

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupRolled oats
1/4 cupOat bran
1/4 cupFinely chopped almonds
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
2 tbspVegetable oil plus
1 tspVegetable oil
1/3 cupHoney
1/2 tspVanilla extract
1/4 tspAlmond extract
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
3combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
4Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture.
5Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
6press mixture into a rectangular shape 7 inches wide and nine inches long.
7(wet hands or use one hand and a damp spoon).
8bake about 12 minutes.
9Remove from oven and cut into 16 bars using a sharp knife.
10Separate bars slightly and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes more.
11The browner the bottom of the bars, the crisper they will be when cool.
12the edges will crumble slightly when cut - set aside for a snack.
13Remove to a wire rack to cool.
