Fresh fruit ice

Ingredients:
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cupCold water
1 cupOrange juice
6 tbspLemon juice
4 tbspSugar
1 cupStrawberries, peaches or
-other fresh fruit
3 Bananas, mashed
Procedures:
1Soften the gelatin in the water.
2Stir over low heat until dissolved.
3Mix in the juices, sugar and sliced fruit, and place in the freezer until almost set.
4Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until creamy, but fluffy.
5Cover and return to the freezer.
6If fruit ice is made some time before serving, it must be rebeaten and then returned to the freezer for a brief period.
