Procedures:
| 1 | Marinate trout. | | 2 | Meanwhile,break garlic bulb into cloves, leaving skins intact. | | 3 | Place on cookie sheet in 350°F. | | 4 | Degree oven for about 15 minutes, until tender. | | 5 | Remove skins and mash garlic with fork: blend with mayonnaise ingredients. | | 6 | Refrigerate. | | 7 | Cook trout. | | 8 | Serve immediately with mayonnaise. | | 9 | Makes 2 to 4 servings |
