Baked caramel corn

Ingredients:
1 cupButter
2 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupCornsyrup
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking Soda
1 tspVanilla
6 quartPopped Popcorn
Procedures:
1Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, cornsyrup and salt.
2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, than boil,without stirring for 5 minutes.
3Remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla.
4Gradually pour over corn, mix well.
5Turn into two large, shallow baking pans.
6Bake at 250 °F for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes.
7Remove from oven, cool completly.
8Break apart and store in tightly covered containers.
