Ingredients:
STARTER
1/2 cupFlour
1/2 cupWater
1 tspYeast
DOUGH
1 1/2 cupWarm water
1 tspYeast
Ds Salt
Procedures:
1For starter: combine room temp water, flour and yeast.
2Let stand at room temp overnight.
3For dough: add water and yeast to starter; mix then add salt and enough flour to make a soft dough.
4Let rise 1 ?to 2 hours.
5Pinch off a piece of dough the size of a tennis ball and place in the fridge in a jar.
6Use as starter.
7Press rest of dough into pan and add toppings.
8Cook on stones in 500 degree oven.
9Takes about 10 min.
