Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1
| tsp | Yeast | | | DOUGH | | 1 1/2
| cup | Warm water | | 1

Procedures:
| 1 | For starter: combine room temp water, flour and yeast. | | 2 | Let stand at room temp overnight. | | 3 | For dough: add water and yeast to starter; mix then add salt and enough flour to make a soft dough. | | 4 | Let rise 1 ?to 2 hours. | | 5 | Pinch off a piece of dough the size of a tennis ball and place in the fridge in a jar. | | 6 | Use as starter. | | 7 | Press rest of dough into pan and add toppings. | | 8 | Cook on stones in 500 degree oven. | | 9 | Takes about 10 min. |
