Caramel corn

Ingredients:
6 quartPOPPED CORN
2 cupBROWN SUGAR
1/2 lbsBUTTER
1/2 cupWHITE CORN SYRUP
1 tspVANILLA
1 tspSALT
1 tspBAKING SODA
Procedures:
1Fill a large pan with popped corn, 5 to 6 quarts.
2Using another pan, cook brown sugar, butter and corn syrup to boiling.
3Boil for 5 minutes.
4Remove from heat, add vanilla, salt and baking soda.
5Blend well, then pour over corn.
6Mix to cover well.
7Place in a preheated 250°F. oven for 40 minutes.
8Stir occasionally from the bottom to bring syrup back onto corn.
9Pour out onto waxed paper to cool.
