Ingredients:
4 quartPopped corn
2 cupC and H Brown Sugar
1/2 cupWater
3 tbspButter
1/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Have 4 quarts popped corn ready.
2Combine 2 cups c and h brown sugar, ?cup water, 3 tablespoons butter, and ?teaspoon salt in a large kettle.
3Cook to 246 degrees (firm-ball stage).
4Over low heat, add ?teaspoon soda, and stir until it foams up.
5Add popcorn; stir until well coated.
6Spread on floured baking sheet or kitchen table; pat lightly, and let cool and harden.
7Ever so good with milk or with apples.
