Ingredients:

| | Frozen pie crusts | | 4
| can | Peaches, sliced (four 20 oz | | | -cans sliced peaches) | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Nutmeg | | 3
| tbsp | Cinnamon | | 3
| tbsp | Vanilla | | 3
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1 1/2
| cup | Butter, melted | | 1
| cup | Walnuts, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Line a 16 x 9 inch glass baking dish with 5 pie crusts. | | 2 | Crust will overlap and should cover bottom and sides of dish. | | 3 | Mix peaches and their juices with sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, lemon juice and walnuts. | | 4 | Pour mixture into baking dish. | | 5 | Cut one pie crust into strips and decorate the top of the dish. | | 6 | Place in an oven that has been heated to 350 deg f. | | 7 | Bake for one hour, or until top is brown and sides are beginning to brown. | | 8 | Makes about 10 servings. |
