Ingredients:
4 cupUncooked quick oatmeal
1 cupChopped peanuts (no skins)
1/2 cupGrape Nuts
1/2 cupBran
1/4 cupGranulated sugar substitute
1/3 cupVegetable oil
1/2 cupWheat germ
1/2 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1Spread the oatmeal on a cookie sheet and heat in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
2Combine all but the wheat germ and raisins.
3Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet or pan for 20 minutes, stirring once to brown evenly.
4allow mixture to cook (?) in the oven.
5Add wheat germ and raisins.
6Refrigerate in glass jars or plastic containers.
