Homemade wheat thins

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cupWhole wheat flour
1 1/2 cupWhite flour
1/3 cupOil emulsified in blender
-with ?tsp salt and 1 cup
-water
Procedures:
1Mix dry ingredients, add oil/water mixture.
2Knead as little as possible.
3Make smooth dough then roll as thin as possible on unoiled cookies sheet (not more than 1/8 inch).
4Mark with knife to size of crackers desired, but do not cut through.
5Prick each cracker a few times with fork.
6Sprinkle lightly with salt or onion salt as desired.
7Bake at 350°F until crisp and light brown for 30-35 minutes.
