Lemon cheese chiffon

Ingredients:
1 packLemon flavor gelatin
1 tbspSugar
3/4 cupWater, boiling
1 cupIce cubes
3 ozCream cheese, softened
TOPPINGS
Pie filling, canned
Fruit, fresh
Fruit, canned, drained
Procedures:
1Combine gelatin, sugar and boiling water in blender container.
2Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is dissolved.
3About 1 minute.
4Add ice and stir until partially melted.
5Add cheese.
6Cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
7Pour into individual glassses or a serving bowl.
8Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
9Top with one or more of the toppings if desired.
