Low-calorie french fries

Ingredients:
2 Medium potatoes, * see note
3 Vegetable cooking spray
Paprika, optional
Salt
Pepper
Celery salt, optional
Procedures:
1Recipe by: jo anne merrill preparation time: 0:25 * use 2 unpeeled and scrubbed potatoes, baking size.
2cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
3Slice each half into lengthwise wedges with some peel on each piece.
4Soak in cold water for 20 minutes.
5Drain and dry potatoes.
6Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
7Place potatoes into plastic bag or large plastic bowl with tight fitting lid.
8Add oil and shake to coat the potatoes.
9Arrange potatoes in single layer on cooking sheet.
10Bake in preheated 450°F oven for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
11To season, sprinkle with salt, pepper and your choice of paprika or celery salt.
12Reduce salt if using celery salt.
13Also good sprinkled with chili powder just before end of cooking time.
