| | Vegetable cooking spray | | | Paprika, optional | | | Salt | | | Pepper | | | Celery salt, optional |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: jo anne merrill preparation time: 0:25 * use 2 unpeeled and scrubbed potatoes, baking size. | | 2 | cut potatoes in half lengthwise. | | 3 | Slice each half into lengthwise wedges with some peel on each piece. | | 4 | Soak in cold water for 20 minutes. | | 5 | Drain and dry potatoes. | | 6 | Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. | | 7 | Place potatoes into plastic bag or large plastic bowl with tight fitting lid. | | 8 | Add oil and shake to coat the potatoes. | | 9 | Arrange potatoes in single layer on cooking sheet. | | 10 | Bake in preheated 450°F oven for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. | | 11 | To season, sprinkle with salt, pepper and your choice of paprika or celery salt. | | 12 | Reduce salt if using celery salt. | | 13 | Also good sprinkled with chili powder just before end of cooking time. |
