Milk chocolate cheese cake

Ingredients:
CRUST
1 1/2 cupChocolate cookie crumbs
3 tbspSugar
4 1/2 tbspMargarine
CHEESE CAKE
6 packCream cheese, 3oz.
1 cupSugar
3 tbspCocoa
1 1/2 dashSalt
3 largeEggs
12 ozMilk chocolate, broken
12 ozSour cream
1 1/2 tspVanilla
3 tbspSugar
Procedures:
1Combine the first ingredients and press into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
2(use a spring form pan) beat cream cheese until fluffy.
3Add ?cup sugar, cocoa and salt.
4Beat until well mixed.
5Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
6Stir in melted chocolate, half the sour cream, and ?teaspoon vanilla.
7Pour into prepared pan.
8Bake at 325 deg for 40 minutes.
9Turn off oven and leave cheese cake in closed oven for 30 minutes.
10Remove from oven and run a knife around the rim.
11Cool in pan on wire rack.
12Cover and chill in pan for 8 hours.
13Or freeze for up to 3 months.
14Remove sides of spring form pan.
15Combine remaining sour cream, ?ts vanilla, 2 tablespoons sugar.
16Spread over top of cheese cake.
17Makes one cheese cake.
18Note:: use low fat or no fat cream cheese and sour cream for a lighter cake.
19This recipe makes one 10" cake!
