Ingredients:
3/4 cupWater
1 eachOnion, finely chopped
1 cupCelery, diced
1 eachGreen bell pepper, diced
1/2 cupCarrot, diced
2 eachGarlic cloves, minced
2 1/2 tspCurry powder
1/2 tspGround cumin
1 tbspSoy sauce
3 cupCooked white beans
Procedures:
1Place the water in a saucepan, add all the vegetables & the garlic.
2Cook stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
3Stir in the curry powder, cumin & soy sauce, mix well.
4Remove from the heat.
5Add the beans; mix well.
6Place the mixture in a food processor or blender & process briefly until chopped but not pureed.
7Chill.
