Ingredients:
| 3/4
| cup | Water | | 1
| each | Onion, finely chopped | | 1
| cup | Celery, diced | | 1
| each | Green bell pepper, diced | | 1/2
| cup | Carrot, diced | | 2
| each | Garlic cloves, minced | | 2 1/2
| tsp | Curry powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground cumin | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 3
| cup | Cooked white beans |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place the water in a saucepan, add all the vegetables & the garlic. | | 2 | Cook stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. | | 3 | Stir in the curry powder, cumin & soy sauce, mix well. | | 4 | Remove from the heat. | | 5 | Add the beans; mix well. | | 6 | Place the mixture in a food processor or blender & process briefly until chopped but not pureed. | | 7 | Chill. |
