Ingredients:

| lbs | Hot Italian sausage meat | | 1
| lbs | Velveeta cheese | | 2
| | Loaves of Party Rye Bread | | | -(the little mini-bread) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Skin the sausage (if necessary). | | 2 | Brown sausage and hamburger in a large skillet. | | 3 | Drain fat. | | 4 | Over low heat, add velveeta until it"s thoroughly melted, and stir thoroughly. | | 5 | Spread a small spoonful of the mixture on each slice of the party rye and place on a cookie sheet. | | 6 | Freeze for at least 2 hours. | | 7 | After that, you can remove them from the cookie sheets and put them in a freezer bag for up to 2 weeks! | | 8 | to serve, just place the frozen "pizzas" on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 °F for about 15 minutes or until hot. | | 9 | Serve immediately. | | 10 | Makes about 40. |
