More falafel

Ingredients:
2 cupChickpeas, cooked
1/2 cupParsley
1/4 cupTahini
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cupDried milk
1 Beaten egg
1/2 tspDry mustard
1 tspCumin
1/2 tspChili powder
Celery salt to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
Oil as needed
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Puree beans & parsley in a blender.
3Put in a bowl & add the other ingredients except the oil.
4Mix well & spoon onto a baking sheet.
5Flatten each patty & brush with oil.
6Bake until crusty & golden, about 15 minutes.
7This can be re-heated once cooked by frying in hot oil with some seasonings in the oil.
