Ingredients:

| cup | Chickpeas, cooked | | 1/2
| cup | Parsley | | 1/4
| cup | Tahini | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 1/4
| cup | Dried milk | | 1
| | Beaten egg | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1
| tsp | Cumin | | 1/2
| tsp | Chili powder | | | Celery salt to taste | | | Salt & pepper to taste | | 1
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | | Oil as needed |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Puree beans & parsley in a blender. | | 3 | Put in a bowl & add the other ingredients except the oil. | | 4 | Mix well & spoon onto a baking sheet. | | 5 | Flatten each patty & brush with oil. | | 6 | Bake until crusty & golden, about 15 minutes. | | 7 | This can be re-heated once cooked by frying in hot oil with some seasonings in the oil. | | 8 | Frances moore lappe, "diet for a small planet" |
