Ingredients:
2 tspBacon fat or canola oil
1 smallOnion, chopped fine
1 clGarlic, chopped fine
3 cupCooked kidney or black beans
3 dropHot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Any kind of beans may be refried.
2Extra servings may be frozen and reheated.
3stir cook onion and garlic in fat over medium heat in a nonstick pan until onion is translucent.
4add beans gradually and mash with the back of a wooden spoon.
5Cook and stir until thickened.
6Add hot pepper sauce.
7Shape in a roll and serve on a plate.
