Ingredients:
2 lbsRed potatoes, small
2 tbspVegetable stock
1 tspFresh rosemary, chopped OR
1/4 tspDried rosemary
2 tspFresh parsley, chopped OR
1 tspDried parsley
2 tspPaprika
1/8 tspDried sage leaves
2 tspFreshly ground black pepper
1 tspSalt
Vegetable oil spray
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2clean and quarter the potatoes.
3Toss with the remaining ingredients until well coated.
4lightly wipe or spray a baking pan with vegetable oil.
5Place the potatoes in a single layer on the pan and bake for 30 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and brown.
