Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 deg f lightly oil roasting pan (spraying is good) place cubed sweet potatoes in pan and drizzle/spray a little oil on them. | | 2 | Sprinkle thyme all over. | | 3 | Toss and sprinkle again. | | 4 | Roast in oven for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time. | | 5 | They come out a little like roast potatoes/baked fries. |
