Rosemary potatoes

Ingredients:
1 tbspVirgin olive oil
2 clGarlic, minced
1 lbsNew potatoes
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 tspDried rosemary, crumbled
Procedures:
1In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil.
2Add garlic and saute about 5 minutes.
3Cut potatoes into 1" pieces.
4Add to garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
5Toss.
6Increase heat to medium, cover and cook about 15 minutes.
7Recover and cook until potatoes are browned, about 4 minutes.
