Ingredients:
4 cupYoung rutabagas, peeled and
Thinly sliced
1 cupCarrots, thinly sliced
1 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 cupVinegar
1 tbspHoney
1 tspFresh ginger root, grated
Procedures:
1In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar and honey.
2Add vegetables; stir well.
3Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
