Ingredients:

| | Good sized kohlrabi, peeled | | | -- trimmed of leaves | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| med | Onion, peeled and diced | | 4
| tbsp | Sweet butter | | 1
| tbsp | Chopped fresh marjoram or | | 1
| tbsp | Chopped fresh basil |

Procedures:
