Sauteed oyster mushrooms

Ingredients:
8 ozFresh oyster mushrooms
1 tbspGarlic, minced
2 tspOlive oil
1 tspRosemary, minced
1 tspMargarine, optional
2 tspAll-purposse flour
1 tspSherry -=OR=- dry white wine
1 tbspTamari
Procedures:
1Gently rinse & pat dry the mushrooms.
2Trim to a nuiform size & set aside.
3Saute garlic in oil over medium heat for 15 to 20 seconds.
4Add mushrooms & saute for 3 minutes.
5Add rosemary & margarine & cook until the margarine is melted, about 30 seconds.
6Sprinkle in the flour & cook, stirring constantly.
7Add remaining ingredients & stir until the liquid is slightly thickened &^ mushrooms are tender.
