Ingredients:

| oz | Fresh oyster mushrooms | | 1
| tbsp | Garlic, minced | | 2
| tsp | Olive oil | | 1
| tsp | Rosemary, minced | | 1
| tsp | Margarine, optional | | 2
| tsp | All-purposse flour | | 1
| tsp | Sherry -=OR=- dry white wine | | 1
| tbsp | Tamari |

Procedures:
| 1 | Gently rinse & pat dry the mushrooms. | | 2 | Trim to a nuiform size & set aside. | | 3 | Saute garlic in oil over medium heat for 15 to 20 seconds. | | 4 | Add mushrooms & saute for 3 minutes. | | 5 | Add rosemary & margarine & cook until the margarine is melted, about 30 seconds. | | 6 | Sprinkle in the flour & cook, stirring constantly. | | 7 | Add remaining ingredients & stir until the liquid is slightly thickened &^ mushrooms are tender. | | 8 | About 4 minutes. |
