Sauteed potatoes with thyme

Ingredients:
5 Large russett potatoes
-peeled, cut into ?inch
-dice (about 3 lb)
4 tbspUnsalted butter, melted
Minced fresh thyme
Procedures:
1Cook poatoes in large pot of boiling salted water 5 minutes.
2Drain well.
3Cool completely.
4(can be prepared 1 day ahead.
5Cvoer and refrigerate).
6divide butter between 2 heavy large skillets and melt over medium-high heat.
7Add half of potatoes to each skillet and saute until tender and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
8Season with salt and pepper.
9Sprinkle with thyme and serve.
