Savoy wedges with cheese sauce (kxmt69b)

Ingredients:
1 eachSmall head savoy cabbage
2 tspCornstarch
1/4 tspPaprika
1/8 tspGarlic salt
1/8 tspGround white pepper
3/4 cupMilk
1/2 cupShredded Swiss cheese
1 tbspSnipped fresh Dillweed
Procedures:
1Cut cabbage into six wedges.
2Place in a microwave safe baking dish.
3Add 2 tablespoons water and sprinkle lightly with salt.
4Cover with microwave safe plastic wrap and microwave on high power (100%) for 9 to 12 minutes, or until tender turning wedges over and giving the dish a half turn once.
5Drain, leave cover on to keep warm.
6Combine cornstarch, paprika, garlic salt and white pepper in a 2 cup glass measure.
7Add milk.
8Cook uncovered on high 3 to 4 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.
9Stir in cheese until melted.
10Spoon over cabbage sprinkle with dillweed.
11Each serving: 70 calories, 6g protein, 7g carbohydrate, 2g fat, 9 mg cholesterol, 139mg sodium.
