Ingredients:

| each | Small head savoy cabbage | | 2
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 1/4
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/8
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Ground white pepper | | 3/4
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| cup | Shredded Swiss cheese | | 1
| tbsp | Snipped fresh Dillweed |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut cabbage into six wedges. | | 2 | Place in a microwave safe baking dish. | | 3 | Add 2 tablespoons water and sprinkle lightly with salt. | | 4 | Cover with microwave safe plastic wrap and microwave on high power (100%) for 9 to 12 minutes, or until tender turning wedges over and giving the dish a half turn once. | | 5 | Drain, leave cover on to keep warm. | | 6 | Combine cornstarch, paprika, garlic salt and white pepper in a 2 cup glass measure. | | 7 | Add milk. | | 8 | Cook uncovered on high 3 to 4 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds. | | 9 | Stir in cheese until melted. | | 10 | Spoon over cabbage sprinkle with dillweed. | | 11 | Each serving: 70 calories, 6g protein, 7g carbohydrate, 2g fat, 9 mg cholesterol, 139mg sodium. |
