Ingredients:
6 xPotato, peeled
Onion, sliced
3 tbspButter
3 tbspFlour
1 quartMilk
Salt
Pepper
Procedures:
1Slice potatoes thinly.
2Grease baking dish and place a row of potatoes in it.
3Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and dot with butter.
4Add a row of thinly sliced onion and sprinkle again.
5Pour scalded milk over the last layer and dot with butter.
6Bake at 370 deg for 1 hour.
7We like adding a layer of sliced ham.
