Sesame yam sticks

Ingredients:
2 largeYams
1/2 cupSesame seeds
1 tbspCorn or sesame oil
Procedures:
1Boil or bake yams until soft but not mushy.
2Let cool or refrigerate overnight.
3Peel and cut yams into pieces about 2" x ? x ?.
4Roll yam sticks in sesame seeds, pressing to make seeds stick.
5Saute in oil for one minute on each side, drain and cool.
6Serve cool or broil briefly to crisp sticks and serve hot.
