| oz | Artichoke hearts, frozen | | 1
| small | Onion, chopped | | 2
| tsp | Garlic, chopped | | 4
| oz | Tomato sauce | | | Salt | | | Pepper, freshly ground |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt the butter in the olive oil and sautee the onion and garlic for 3 min. add the frozen peas and artichoke hearts and simmer covered for about 5 min. add the tomato sauce and salt and pepper and continue to simmer uncovered for 10 more minutes. | | 2 | Stir often enough to keep from sticking. | | 3 | Serve hot. |
