| 1 | Use raw almonds. |
| 2 | Freeze strawberries, bananas, blueberries, peaches, or fruit of your choice. |
| 3 | Place almonds in blender and grind to fine powder. |
| 4 | Add syrup and 1 c water. |
| 5 | Blend 1-2 minutes until smooth. |
| 6 | With blender running on high, slowly add remaining water. |
| 7 | Blend 2 minutes. |
| 8 | Place strainer over large bowl. |
| 9 | Line with cheesecloth (not 100% neccessary, but recommended. |
| 10 | Otherwise strain twice with very fine strainer). |
| 11 | Pour almond milk slowly into strainer and let filter through. |
| 12 | When all milk has passed through strainer, press remaining milk out of accumulated almond fiber. |
| 13 | Milk will keep in fridge 4-5 days. |
| 14 | Leftover fiber can be used as moisturizing body scrub in the shower. |
| 15 | Blend almond milk and shake ingredients in blender until creamy. |
| 16 | Frozen bananas will begin to discolor after a week or so. |
| 17 | Eat shakes right away, because the bananas can oxidize, changing the appearence and taste. |
| 18 | Use only ripe bananas for the best shakes |
