Teriyaki potatoes (microwave)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsTiny new potatoes (about 10)
-or med. red potatoes (5)
1 tbspMargarine or butter, cut
-into pieces
1 tbspTeriyaki sauce
1/4 tspGarlic salt
1/4 tspItalian seasoning, crushed
Ds Ground black pepper
Ds Ground red pepper
Fresh snipped rosemary (opt)
Procedures:
1Wash potatoes; scrub thoroughly with vegetable brush.
2Cut tiny new potatoes into quarters or the med. potatoes into 1" pieces.
3Place potatoes in 1.?qt.
4Microwave safe casserole.
5Add margarine/butter, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, italian seasoning, and peppers.
6Toss to combine.
7Cover; microcook on 100% power (high) for 12 to 15 mins.
8(14 to 16 mins.
9For low-wattage ovens) or till potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking.
10Stir before serving.
11Garnish with rosemary and serve with sour cream, if desired.
12Makes 5 side dish servings.
